Open and Activate

Build heat slowly in this activating flow.

This class begins with a whole-body warm-up that includes standing hip mobility exercises. After that you’ll do sun salutes, a horse stance flow, dolphin variations, a squat to reverse tabletop variation/wheel flow, seated forward bends, and more. 

You’ll then wind down with a block-supported viparita karani or shoulderstand, supine twists, and savasana.
