Open Your Shoulders and Hips, Go Easy on Your Wrists

Tight shoulders? Tight hips? This feel-good class begins with “power standing,” a mountain pose practice where you’ll build alignment awareness from the toes up. You’ll then move into a knees-chest-chin baby cobra flow (to open up the front of the shoulders), a lizard pose variation, and frog pose. Class concludes with dynamic shoulder-opening movement in reclined baddha konasana, reclined twists variations, and a resting pose of your choice.
