You’ll then move into a knees-chest-chin baby cobra flow (to open up the front of the shoulders), a lizard pose variation, and frog pose. Class concludes with dynamic shoulder-opening movement in reclined baddha konasana, reclined twists variations, and a resting pose of your choice.
