In this step-by-step Iyengar-style class, you’ll move slowly—focusing on alignment—through a sequence that includes reclined big toe pose, reclined big toe twist, and an elongated variation of pyramid to prepare for parivrtta trikonasana (revolved triangle). Class concludes with prasarita padottanasana (wide-legged forward bend) and a short guided savasana.
