Peak Pose: Bird of Paradise

Jessica leads a 35-minute vinyasa practice, building to bird of paradise—a challenging, hip-opening, standing balance pose. Ease into the practice with warming sun salutes for an open chest and heart in the peak pose. Prepare the hamstrings for the strengthening, standing balance with parsvakonasana (pyramid pose), and wind down with soothing seated poses.
