Peak Pose: Fallen Angel

Prepare for and practice eka padakoundinyasana (flying splits). Prep with crow pose, three variations of triangle, a challenging tree pose variation, and more, before moving on to the peak pose (both a free-flying and a block-supported version). Note that this practice moves into flying splits fairly quickly, so you may want to do some sun salutes and any other warm-ups you like before taking this class.
