In this short hip-opening practice, you’ll prepare for and practice eka padakoundinyasana (flying splits). You’ll do crow pose, three variations of triangle, a challenging tree pose variation, and more, before moving on to the peak pose (both an unsupported and a block-supported version).
Note that you’ll be moving into flying splits fairly quickly, so you may want to do some sun salutes and any other warm-ups you like before taking this class.
