Peak Pose: Hanumanasana (Full Split)

Mobilize and engage your entire hip joint by working toward hanumanasana (monkey pose, or full splits). You'll focus on increasing range of motion in your hips and hamstrings with lunges, half-splits, pyramid pose, and more. Move at your own pace, and listen to your body as you go.
