Peak Pose: Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow)

Wheel isn't an all-or-nothing pose. In this 60-minute alignment-focused sequence, Christina will teach you how to approach it in stages. As you prepare for this expansive asana, you'll practice similar backbendy shapes and explore key actions (such as shoulder retraction, scapular depression, and more)

You'll also explore how props can play an essential role in helping you find more strength and freedom in your backbends (such as how a simple blanket roll can help you find more depth in upward facing dog and bow pose, and how a strap can support your alignment in full wheel).
