Pelvis-Stabilizing Prenatal Flow

Improve pelvic stability during pregnancy with a series of hip-strengthening poses and exercises. You'll feel strong in chair pose, lateral leg lifts, supported warrior III, half moon, and more. Conclude with seated poses and a restorative savasana to counter and unwind from the strengthening work.
