In this blend of tutorial and practice, you’ll learn how to manage brain fog (difficulty processing and recalling information) during perimenopause. You’ll get suggestions about what to eat as well as what to do to stimulate your mind during this time of life. After that, you’ll practice breath of joy and bhastrika (bellows breath) paired with movement in order to decrease stagnation in the body, do a short and energizing basic yoga practice, and rest in child’s pose at the end.
