In this fun class, you’ll strengthen your glutes as well as learn about how waking up this area of the body during perimenopause can support your overall physicality.

You’ll do static as well as flowing rhythmic movement, blanket slides to fire up your glutes, a chair-supported “glute lift,” and more.
