Infuse joy and play into your yoga asana practice! Start with shaking out your body and a few rounds of "breath of joy." Immediately launch into a strong flow that includes lunges, balancing poses, and seated twists. Allow yourself space to wobble, shake, and experience the power of play, before slowing down with a forward fold and backbend.
