Need to de-stress after work or school? Join Brooke in slowing down the momentum of the day and bringing an awareness to your body and its needs. This 45-minute practice emphasizes a consistent focus on samavritti (equal waves of breath) throughout asana practice, so that the primal aspect of your being is calmed, the mind settles in a place of quiet comfort, and the body feels supported.
