This practice is designed to be both calming and vitalizing for yogis 4-6 months postpartum. You’ll start standing, literally “shaking off” your tension and stress. Then you’ll move through a grounding element-themed flow that includes chair pose, standing forward fold, and low squat. After that comes a warrior III practice, a tricky transition into seated twists, and more. Finally, you'll come to a simple seated pose to conclude with guided meditation.
