This short self-care sequence is designed to support you during your first six weeks postpartum, when the body is redefining its boundaries and healing itself. You’ll start with a three-part breathing practice, where you’ll also learn how to use props to sit and hold your baby comfortably, and then move on to easy at-the-wall poses (figure four, a gentle twist, legs up the wall, and more).
Props: blanket, bolster, sandbags or bags of rice
