Power and Grace: A Circular Flow

Class Description

This strengthening circular flow builds progressively and will get you floating, rolling, twisting, and balancing on your mat. This sequence includes "fire floats," a twisty version of reverse warrior, rolling into crow, handstand away from the wall, revolved bird of paradise, and more. 

This is quite the (fun) challenge. Enjoy!
