Join in for a strengthening, breath-focused hatha practice that’s designed to help you strike a balance between empowerment and humility. You’ll begin seated, chanting om and the gayatri mantra, before moving on to a (brief) dharma talk and a seated breath practice. After that you’ll move through slow and focused rounds of classical surya namaskar, where Aadil will guide you to feel power and humility in your body. Then you’ll integrate these concepts further in a seated spinal twist practice before concluding with a guided relaxation in savasana.
