Prenatal Practice for Hips and Back

Feeling aches in your hips and back? This mindful prenatal practice can help you release tension in these areas and connect with your body as it changes. You’ll begin with hip circles before moving on to stretches specifically for your quadratus lumborum (a bilateral lower back muscle that spans from your lowest rib to the top of your pelvis). After that, you’ll do warrior I, pyramid pose, chair pose, and more before winding down and concluding in savasana. Enjoy this prenatal flow.
