Expectant yogis, learn how to release tension throughout your body using self-myofascial-release techniques.
You'll use therapy balls or a roller, starting with your feet and moving all the way up to your upper back, pecs, neck, and jaw. As you practice, remember that less pressure is often better than more, and to breathe deeply when you find your trigger points.
Have a RAD Roller or a couple of tennis balls or therapy balls and a sock available.
