Class Description

This short prenatal practice is designed to energize you for the day ahead! It includes a heat-building breath practice of surya bedhana, prenatal push-ups, cobra variations (one that involves a blanket, and an “air cobra”), side plank options, goddess pose work, seated hip openers, and more.

Conclude by bringing one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly, acknowledging that your breath is sustaining two hearts.
