Set your intention for the day with this class that’s designed to get you off to a solid start. You’ll begin with a centering practice in virasana (hero pose). After that, you’ll gently stretch your fingers, inviting energy into your hands, and do simple neck and shoulder stretches, lateral bends, easy seated twists, and more. You’ll then transition to resting in child’s pose before concluding with sphinx pose, a prone stretch for the front of your shoulders, and intention setting for the day.
