In this primal vinyasa practice, you'll go beyond the movements found in a typical yoga class with non-linear contralateral practices. You'll also refine your relationship to fundamental movements such as squatting, kneeling, crawling, and “climbing.”
This sequence will mobilize and strengthen your entire body, and many of the practices will test your balance as well. Try not to take yourself too seriously and give yourself permission to enjoy the experience—even when it feels a little challenging!
