Primal Vinyasa Flow

"Primal vinyasa" was created to honor natural movement, movement that we often lose over time (such as the rocking, rolling, and squatting movements that children know so well!). Designed to enhance functional core strength and spinal integrity. This class features half primal squats with rocks, plank pedals, pulsing through cobra, plank to squatting dog, air squats, asymmetrical forward bending, toe taps, mountain climbers, and much more! Here's to happy, healthy range of motion!
