Primal Vinyasa: Fundamentals

In this fundamental primal vinyasa class, you'll explore crawling, rocking, squatting, hopping, and creative expression through a progressive series of flows.

Before you get moving, you'll learn how to breathe "three-dimensionally," and as you explore the flows, Annie shows you how to integrate the breath into your vinyasa in a functional way. Throughout, she also shows you how to finesse taken-for-granted transitions (such as seated to standing and standing to seated) and reminds you to find enjoyment and soften rigidity in practice.

Much of this work may feel rare and new, but with Annie's clear, detailed instruction, you'll know just how to approach each aspect of this sequence!

This class will teach you how to re-pattern your movement and will give you a solid foundation for the rest of Annie's primal vinyasa classes.
