In this progressive balance sequence, you get to choose the intensity of your practice. Throughout class, different pose variations are demoed by two students, so you can decide which one you want to do. Begin with a centering practice and a warm-up before moving into a practice where you’ll do balance poses like tree, figure four, and warrior lll/standing split variations in between sun salutes. After that, you’ll do a final challenge—a standing hand-to-knee pose. Then wind down and conclude in savasana.
