Join this feel-good hip-opening practice where two students demonstrate different versions of the poses so you can decide which ones work best for you. The sequence includes a centering warm-up, lizard pose, wide-legged forward folds, a Russian dancer (side lunge) to warrior ll to side angle pose flow (which you’ll do twice), a supported figure four balance, and more.
Class concludes with butterfly pose (or double pigeon), a reclined baby cradle pose, and savasana.
