There are so many ways to twist! In this practice, two students demonstrate different versions of twisting poses so you can decide which ones work best for you. Dianne also offers plenty of alignment options for people with larger bodies.
You’ll begin with a seated centering practice where you’ll learn how to breathe well in a twist. You’ll then move into a sequence that includes reclined twist variations, lunge twists, marichyasana (sage pose), a gate pose twist, and more. Dianne also offers vinyasa options along the way, so you can kick things up a notch if you like.
