Quick Morning Salute to the Sun With Mantras

In this morning flow practice, you’ll explore how reciting mantras can help you reconnect to your truth and your voice. You’ll begin with a flowing shoulder and side bend warm-up and three centering oms. Then you’ll start flowing with half sun salutations before moving on to sun salute A and B variations that integrate guided mantras. Finally, after you’ve moved rhythmically, you’ll conclude in stillness with child’s pose. Say hello to the morning with this vibrant practice.
