Quick Refresher for Tired Feet

Class Description

This brief practice is for anyone who has spent a long day on their feet or simply wants to give their feet some love and attention. It begins with gentle supine mobility work for the feet and ankles before moving on to myofascial release for the calves. You’ll then briefly stretch the roots of your toes in broken toe pose before making your way up to standing. Once you’re done, conclude with myofascial release for the soles of your feet, leaving you feeling more refreshed and revived.
