Quick Refresher for Tired Feet

Have you been on your feet all day and want to give them some love and attention? It begins with gentle supine mobility work for the feet and ankles before moving on to myofascial release for the calves. You’ll then briefly stretch the roots of your toes in broken toe pose before making your way up to standing. Once you’re done, conclude with myofascial release for the soles of your feet, leaving you feeling more refreshed and revived.
