In this heartfelt class, Sianna invites you to take part in the practice of radical affirmation—which involves validating the whole of our experience, including all of the ups and downs of life.
You'll start seated, reciting the purna shanti mantra as an offering of wholeness before moving through a flowing warm-up. After the warm-up, you'll begin a standing balance sequence that features whole-body mudras, “trust” work where you’ll close your eyes as you move, fluid hand gestures that symbolize the play of duality, and a strengthening eagle pose (garudasana) flow.
