Rapid Release After Work

Working at a desk and staring at a computer can be hard on both the body and the mind. This post-work practice aims to help you dissolve that physical and mental stress so that you can move into your evening with more ease. You’ll stretch your upper back and chest, your hip flexors, shoulders, and pecs, and finally, the hard-working muscles in your neck and at the base of your skull. As you release your physical tension, let those lingering work thoughts go.
