Rasa Yoga: Agni Fire Flow

Class Description

Healthy agni (inner fire) helps us to cultivate confidence, self-esteem, and unshakable trust. Agni opens the door to clear seeing, and it burns whatever we offer it (our challenges, our adversities) into ash.

Bring this fire of transformation into your life with this heat-building 60-minute class that integrates asana, pranayama, mudras, creative visualization, and chanting.

Warm up with sun salutes (A and B) and then work progressively toward sirsasana (headstand) by building fire power at your core with creative versions of plank and side plank that utilize a block.

Unroll your mat and allow the transformation to begin.
