Rasa Yoga: Polish the Mirror

In this energizing practice, you’ll be invited to connect with Grace and remember your worthiness.

Class begins seated with chanting, philosophical teaching on the malas (coverings of the heart), and spinal warmups. After that comes active asana that includes standing flows, backbending, knees to chest core work, warriors, and squat variations.

You’ll use your breath throughout in focused ways to “polish the mirror” and see yourself more clearly. Enjoy stepping into your wholeness.
