Rasa Yoga: Rise Up

Living with purpose nourishes all of life. This Bhagavad Gita inspired class is designed to awaken your inner warrior so you can rise up and do what is yours to do.

Class begins with mantric salutations, inspired storytelling, and a mudra practice for unshakable trust. From there, you’ll do a complete backbend practice that will prime your body and mind for an array or bow shapes that culminate in wheel pose.
