Rasa Yoga Spanda Flow

Enjoy this embodied practice of spanda, the creative pulsation and vibration of life.

Class begins with seated mantra* recitation and alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana). After that, you’ll move through a sequence where you’ll explore pulsing movements in dynamic lunges, standing poses, hip-openers, backbends, and more.

At the end of class, sit and turn your awareness inward for a guided meditation.

*The mantra you’ll practice is: om hrim namah shivaya tasmai shri gurave namaha.
