Relax and Restore

Need to get grounded? Enjoy tapping into your ability to soothe yourself with this restorative class. You will begin with a seated centering practice, after that, you'll do a restorative down dog using the support of a chair. You’ll also do a prop-supported, wide-legged forward fold, supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose), and a side-lying side bend before concluding in a bolster- and blanket-supported savasana.
