Relaxation for Tight Yogis

This relaxing, gentle sequence can help you find ease in your body and mind. You’ll do easy stretches in a fetal position, a sweet prone shoulder stretch, a head hammock (a supportive stretch for your head and neck), and a restorative-style supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose). Get ready to say “ahhh.”
