Restorative Practice With One Blanket

Slip into a sense of ease and stillness with just one prop: a blanket. You’ll be guided on how to use your blanket in four different supine poses to help facilitate feelings of calm and relaxation. Allow tension to dissolve from your neck, back, and hips. Along the way, gently lengthen your exhales, allowing your heart rate to slow down and your muscles to soften. Enjoy this invitation to let go.
