Restorative Practice With One Block

Sometimes fifteen minutes is all you need to de-stress. In this sequence, you’ll support yourself with a block as you relax in bridge pose, constructive rest pose, a hip opener, a side-lying pose, and savasana. Let your breath infuse your practice and enjoy!
