You’ll begin with a child’s pose flow, cat-cow, and a short hold in down dog. After that, you’ll move on to reclined bound angle pose, a cozy blanket- and block-supported pigeon, and a fire log pose variation (or a seated hand to foot pose, or both!).
Wind down with guided breathwork in a savasana variation of your choice—Dianne will give you a few options—before closing with a seated gratitude practice.
