Class Description

Restorative upavistha konasana (wide-legged forward fold) can be a big ask for tight hamstrings. Props come in handy! In this all-levels, six-minute class, Anamargret will provide two restorative versions of this asana (one for tight hamstrings, another for feeling-less-tight-today hamstrings). She'll also include a breath technique that will help you soften and surrender into this pose.  

For this class you'll need: blankets (or cushions), bolster (or rolled blankets), two blocks (or books), and a chair (optional)
