Restorative Yoga for Deep Sleep

Rest your body and mind before bed with this deeply calming class. You’ll practice three poses (constructive rest, supportive child’s pose, and supportive butterfly pose) and use your breath to let go. Instead of feeling a big stretch, you'll use props to melt into these postures and allow your nervous system to settle down.

Props: 2 blocks, bolster, 3 blankets, strap
