Restorative Yoga for Rejuvenation

Practice Description

Renew your energy and explore sensation with this restorative class that’s not only restful but activating. You’ll practice crocodile with a blanket roll under your belly, a side-lying side bend with bolster and blanket support, a supported supine twist, and more. Have two blankets available. 

Note: If you don’t have blankets you can use towels, and if you don’t have a bolster you can use a cushion or pillow. Blocks are optional.
