Restorative Yoga for Stress Resilience

Feeling stressed out? Increase feelings of support and surrender with this restorative practice of three poses: easy pose, legs up the wall, and a supine twist at the wall.

If you don’t have a bolster, you can use a pillow or two instead. Have more than one blanket or towel available.
