Restorative Yoga With Just a Bolster

Grab your bolster and enjoy a supported chest opener, side-lying twists, supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle), and a guided relaxation in savasana.

Props: bolster or (optional) 2 blocks and 1 blanket to improvise if you don't have a bolster.
