Restorative Yoga With Just the Wall and a Blanket

This practice is all about using the wall as a relaxing support. Begin with your legs up the wall with a guided relaxation. You’ll stay at the wall for a few more poses, including figure four, a squat variation, and supine triangle, before sliding away from it to rest in savasana.
