Return to Source Consciousness

In life we want to be accommodating while also establishing clear boundaries for ourselves. In this progressive hip-opening practice, you’ll explore how to strike that balance by yielding and softening when you need to.

You’ll begin with an exploration of pelvic integration using a block between your legs in mountain pose. Then, using this pelvic awareness, you’ll move through standing hip openers, a lizard series, a lunges series, supine hip movements and leg stretches, and more.

Enjoy moving through these poses in ways that work best for you.

Props: Blocks, blanket, strap.
