Return to the Heart

Guided by the nourishing inhale and cleansing exhale, this practice will help you find your way back to your own heart. Find opening in the shoulders, chest, and sides of the waist. Contain this newfound sense of openness with a grounding five-minute guided meditation at the end of the practice.
