The practice includes half splits, lunge twists with binds, bird of paradise, lizard pose, eka pada koundinyasana II, and much more. Throughout class, Davina’s clear and concise cueing focuses on breath and sensation; she’ll not only invite you to listen to your body, but give you pointers for how to do it.
