Ashtanga Express 2: Backbends and Arm Balances

In this strengthening class you’ll play around with an Ashtanga express sequence that focuses on backbends and arm balances.

The practice includes crow pose, funky one-legged crow pose, side crow, a one-legged crow jump back to chaturanga, progressive backbends toward wheel pose (which include bow and camel), and much more.

Davina provides moments for play, where you can choose where you go with the practices. Enjoy the experience, feeling your breath move through your body as you flow.
